Shipping Our furniture is pulled, test fix then disassembled to ensure all products are of the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Due to these additional steps our teak furniture ships in 5 to 10 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Cushions and Umbrella canopies may take longer especially during busytimes as these are made to order. Please note that if cushions and furniture are purchased together, they will ship seperately. Our kit and knock down products ship via UPS ground transportation. Fully assembled furniture ships with White Glove service which includes unpacking, debris removal and placement of furniture. Due to the unique nature of this service delivery times run 4 to 6 weeks. New for 2013, all our products ship for free within the contiguous 48 states*. For Alaska, Hawaii and all other areas please call customer service for a shipping quote.
Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days with proof of purchase for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges), plus a nominal stocking fee of 10%. For our Kit and Flat Pack assembly options if you are not satisfied you may return the items in its original condition along with proof of purchase as long as no glue was used. Cushions and pillows are not returnable, these are custom made to order and therefore cannot be returned. *Free shipping to the contiguous 48 states is limited to one flight of stairs and does not include islands or ferries.
